Partner Co Sell Manager 

Iron Mountain is seeking a Co-Sell Manager to drive co-selling initiatives with our most strategic partners in North America. This role involves executing targeted go-to-market campaigns, fostering strong partner relationships, and implementing co-selling strategies to achieve revenue growth within a designated geography. The Strategic Partners include HyperScalers, Strategic System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)

The individual will require to have: 

  • Proven track record in co selling with Hyper Scalers (AWS, GCP &/or MS Azure with  ‘MarketPlace First’ approach), SIs and ISVs for building pipeline and achieving revenue objectives

  • Experience in executing on Partner led Go To Market Campaigns with SaaS and Cloud services 

  • Tenacity and laser focus to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced and complex environment 

Responsibilities

  • Driving Partner led (Partner and Iron Mountain Originated) pipeline by leveraging targeted Partner co-Sell campaigns

  • Support Sales team in nurturing Partner led pipeline to deliver on Customer Wins

  • Lead priority deals through collaboration between HyperScalers, ISVs, SIs and Iron Mountain for delivering on revenue (direct and MarketPlace) goals  

  • Prepare and present co sell forecast data and recommendations in recurring Senior leadership meetings 

  • Build, nurture and nurture relationships between key sales leaders across Iron Mountain and targeted key partners for opportunity identification and account mapping 

  • Be the “Voice of the Partner’ through executive engagement and aggregating partner feedback. 

  • Identify roadblock to solve Co Sell challenges for unlocking repeatable and scalable campaigns   

Job Requirements 

  • Proven experience in Selling SaaS and Cloud products 

  • Depth of knowledge and track record in selling on Cloud MarketPlaces 

  • Ability to establish trust and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for successfully identifying, accelerating, and growing customer opportunity pipeline 

  • Ability to manage sales activities including launch of go to market campaigns, pipeline generation, advancing the pipeline and forecasting

  • Deep understanding of sales operations including quoting and escalation management with the ability to lead with strong ‘bias for action’ with high-visibility pipeline opportunities 

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Well versed with CRM tools including SalesForce, Clarii etc.

  • Fast learner, self motivated, collaborative, ability to deal with ambiguity through focus and propensity to thrive in a high growth environment 

Education:

  • MBA or Bachelors Degree with relevant experience

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00 + commissions.
