The role also advises managers on HR and development practices, ensures compliance with employment regulations, contributes to organizational policies and procedures, and participates in HR projects.

Responsabilités du posteNous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Partenaire d'affaires en Ressources Humaines: Acquisition de talents pour combler un poste temporaire sur un contrat déterminé afin de soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise. Relevant de la cheffe de service des ressources humaines, le ou la Partenaire d'affaires RH - Acquisition de talents joue un rôle clé dans l'attraction, le recrutement et l'intégration des talents afin de soutenir les besoins opérationnels de l'organisation. Sans y être limité, vous serez responsable de: - Déployer des stratégies de recrutement innovantes et attrayantes pour recruter efficacement des talents qualifiés; - Effectuer l’ensemble des étapes du processus de dotation (l’affichage du poste, de la chasse-de-tête, le tri des cv, les convocations, les entrevues, la présentation des candidats coup de cœur au gestionnaire, la rédaction des contrats de travail, la présentation des offres d’emploi, etc.); - Accompagner les gestionnaire et les guider vers les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion et développement; - Assurer le respect des réglementations en matière de ressources humaines; - Participer à la rédaction, la réflexion et la mise en oeuvre des politiques et procédures organisationnelles; - Contribuer activement aux projets RH; - Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences du posteExigences: - Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline jugée pertinente et/ou une expérience dans un rôle similaire; - Excellentes compétences en communication; - Bonne compréhension des principes et pratiques des Ressources Humaines; - Connaissance des lois et réglementations en vigueur; - Attitude positive et avoir du plaisir à travailler.
