Principales responsabilités :

  • Rechercher de manière proactive, identifier et attirer des candidats hautement qualifiés grâce à la recherche, au réseautage et au dépistage, y compris les appels à froid/filtrages téléphoniques.
  • Recruter des représentants autorisés en utilisant divers outils de recherche et diverses stratégies.
  • Communiquer la proposition de valeur de Combined Assurances aux candidats, y compris ceux de la concurrence ou provenant d’autres industries.
  • Développer et maintenir une solide compréhension des tendances de l’industrie, des concurrents et des acteurs clés.
  • Exécuter les stratégies de recherche au moyen d’outils comme les bases de données, les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes de réseautage pour répondre aux besoins en recrutement dans les régions assignées.

  • Maintenir des données précises et à jour pour assurer l’intégrité des rapports.
  • Superviser les rapports de recrutement et fournir des éclaircissements aux parties prenantes.
  • Participer aux réunions d’équipe pour communiquer les résultats, des éclaircissements et les meilleures pratiques.

We are seeking a motivated and strategic bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in building and managing a robust talent pool for sales. In this role, you will work closely with the sales leadership team to understand recruitment needs, develop talent sourcing strategies, and identify top candidates. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting our value proposition for attracting and recruiting top talent in the financial services and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, identify, and attract highly qualified candidates through research, networking, and screening, including cold calling/telephone screening.
  • Recruit authorized representatives using various sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Communicate Combined Assurances' value proposition to candidates, including those from competitors or other industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and key players.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using tools such as databases, social media, and networking platforms to meet recruitment needs in assigned areas.
  • Represent the company at job fairs in your assigned region.
  • Facilitate the contracting and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and ensure alignment with role expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data to ensure the integrity of reports.
  • Oversee recruitment reports and provide clarification to stakeholders.
  • Attend team meetings to communicate results, provide clarification, and share best practices.

Qualifications
  • Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour assurer une communication efficace avec tous les intervenants de l’entreprise Chubb à l’extérieur du Québec.

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le recrutement à cycle complet, idéalement dans l’industrie de l’assurance ou des services financiers (entreprise ou agence)
