Hitachi Énergie Canada a une ouverture de poste de parajuriste. Relevant du chef Légal et Intégrité du pays, la personne sera chargée de fournir un soutien juridique et administratif au service juridique et d’intégrité.
 

Votre impact​

  • Fournir un soutien à l’équipe juridique en rédigeant, en examinant ou en modifiant divers contrats et documents en fonction des modèles et des politiques standard d’Hitachi Énergie, y compris la rédaction et l’examen des ententes de non-divulgation, des contrats d’approvisionnement et des communications avec les clients et les fournisseurs;

  • Participer à l’élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et à la mise à jour de divers modèles de contrats, documents de référence, formations et bases de données, et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes;

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du programme d’intégrité d’Hitachi Énergie au Canada en offrant des formations sur l’intégrité et au besoin de temps à autre et veiller à ce que les nouvelles lignes directrices en matière d’intégrité soient communiquées et mises en œuvre;

  • Participer au processus d’approbation, aux enquêtes et aux rapports sur les problèmes d’intégrité soulevés au sein de l’entreprise;

  • Tenir à jour les dossiers de l’entreprise et assurer la tenue à jour des licences, permis et autorisations (p. ex. AMP, CMEQ) nécessaires aux opérations de l’entreprise.

  • Assister aux réunions du conseil d’administration et préparer les procès-verbaux des réunions, les résolutions, les procurations et autres documents corporatifs;

  • Effectuer diverses recherches (nouvelle législation, questions juridiques particulières, etc.)

Votre expérience

  • D.E.C. technique juridique (ou équivalent) ou en droit.

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans une entreprise ou un cabinet d’avocats.

  • Attitude proactive et compétences efficaces en gestion des priorités.

  • Agilité dans l’utilisation de MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) et capacité à travailler avec des documents PDF;

  • Autonomie, bon jugement, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail;

  • Esprit d’équipe et attitude positive;

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit

Hitachi Energy Canada has an opening for a paralegal.  Reporting to the Country Head of Legal and Integrity, the individual will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to the legal and integrity department.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Provide support to the legal team by drafting, reviewing, and/or editing a variety of contracts and documents against Hitachi Energy's standard templates and policies, including drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements, supply contracts and communications with clients and suppliers;

  • Participate in the development, implementation and updating of various contract templates, reference documents, training and databases, and contribute to the improvement of internal processes;

  • Participate in the implementation of Hitachi Energy’s integrity program in Canada by providing integrity trainings as needed from time to time and ensure that new integrity guidelines are communicated and implemented;

  • Participate in the approval process, investigation and reporting of integrity issues or questions that are raised within the company;

  • Maintain the corporate records of the company and ensure maintenance of licenses, permits and authorizations (e.g. AMP, CMEQ) as required for the company to operate

  • Attend board meetings and prepare minutes of meetings, resolutions, power of attorney and other corporate documents;

  • Conduct various searches (new legislation, specific legal questions, etc.)

Your background

  • D.E.C legal technical (or equivalent) or law degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a company or a law firm.

  • Proactive attitude and effective priority management skills.

  • Agile in the use of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and can work with PDF documents;

  • Autonomy, good judgment, organizational skills and attention to details;

  • Team spirit and positive attitude;

  • Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing
