Role Overview


We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help build and scale our internal operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the executive team to implement efficient processes, manage reporting across departments, and ensure accountability at every level.


This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves optimizing workflows, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll play a critical part in keeping our leadership team aligned and our operations running smoothly as we continue to grow. This is an ideal role for an experienced Operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step into a leadership position with room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Build and Optimize Processes: Develop and implement SOPs to streamline operations across the company. Maintain a centralized, accessible repository for training and onboarding.
  • Drive Reporting & Insights: Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting across Account Management, Sales, Administration, and Executive tasks to support data-driven decisions.
  • Executive Team Coordination: Keep leadership aligned by tracking priorities, following up on action items, and ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Accountability & Project Management: Build tracking systems (Trello) for KPIs and key projects, providing regular updates to the CEO and executive team.
  • Administrative Support: Step in as needed to support leadership with scheduling, documentation, and other high-level administrative tasks.

What You Bring

  • Experience: At least 2 years in an operations or project management role, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment. Proven experience supporting executive teams is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with tools like Trello, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Excel.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proactive Mindset: You anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and drive initiatives to completion without hand-holding.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator, able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
