Job Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Analyst – Middle Mile to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on network performance within the Middle Mile, as well as overseeing sorting operations, network configuration, and HUB connectivity and performance. This role requires close collaboration with Operations, HUBs, Network Planners, and the Linehaul team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Middle Mile operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor and assess Linehaul and HUB performance.

  • Optimize sorting and network configuration processes within the Middle Mile.

  • Collaborate with HUBs, Network Planners, and the Linehaul team to implement process improvements.

  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

  • Contribute to the development of tools that provide operational insights.

  • Participate in the Command Center initiative during peak periods.

  • Support change management activities related to innovations implemented by the department.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bonus points for proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Availability for short-distance travel within the QC–ON region.
