Responsibilities
- Develop Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various operational projects.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training through various methods, including classroom sessions, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.
- Assess Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among employees.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
- Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an operational or project-based environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to implement effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with virtual training platforms.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
