Responsibilities

  • Develop Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various operational projects.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training through various methods, including classroom sessions, virtual training, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Assess Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among employees.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, department heads, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an operational or project-based environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to implement effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience with virtual training platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
