Be the bridge between technology and the factory floor.

If you’re passionate about manufacturing, digital transformation, and helping teams succeed, this role is your chance to make a tangible impact. You’ll work with some of the world’s top manufacturers to ensure they achieve measurable value through Poka’s platform, driving engagement, adoption, and operational excellence at scale.

What you’ll be doing
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Poka customers, guiding them through the successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of Poka’s platform.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with site champions, plant leaders, and key stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Translate customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Support, and Account Management teams.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure long-term success.
  • Partner with Account Managers to uncover and support growth opportunities.
  • Develop deep expertise in Poka’s platform and manufacturing best practices to continuously evolve how we deliver value to our customers.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and CI methodologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Proven project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning new tools and leveraging technology (and yes, an AI enthusiast!).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 15–20% (typically two client visits per quarter).
