Manage and monitor the Bradley A4 teardown line to ensure SOW compliance: track daily progress and WIP, tag and package retained parts, coordinate packaging/warehouse logistics, route three power packs weekly to dyno/wash, inspect components and completed vehicles, and update work instructions and check sheets as teardown variants progress.
Job Description
Work on the RRAD Bradley A4 tear down line to ensure adherence to the current SOW and work instructions
Maintain and submit the tracking of daily progress of the A4 chassis as they move through the tear down process
Maintain and submit required check sheets during and at the completion of each vehicle chassis tear down
Identify, tag and tote parts on the tear down line that are to be retained for later use from the ODS Bradley on the Bradley A4 platform
Ensure that RRAD is not discarding any parts that are required to be tagged and toted for future use on the Bradley A4
Work with the WW Williams warehouse to ensure the proper quantities of packaging are available to facilitate the tear down of each vehicle
Ensure the parts that are harvested from the tear down line are placed in the proper packaging to be sent to the warehouse for future use
Work on the Bradley A4 tear down line to ensure 3 power packs per week are extracted and sent to dyno to be torn down
Work side by side with RRAD quality and production to ensure strict adherence to all BAE Systems and Government mandated quality requirements while RRAD is tearing down the Bradley ODS vehicles
Inspect each vehicle suspension systems to ensure each component is present and serviceable as an asset
Inspect each vehicle as it is buttoned up for transport to the wash rack to ensure all aspects of the SOW have been completed
Ensure the 3 power packs per week are routed to the wash rack and dyno to be torn down according to the SOW and ensure the various components are packaged and routed to the WW Williams warehouse
Update the tear down WIP sheet as needed to coincide with the current downstream configuration
Analyze and update as needed the work instructions for each variant of Bradley as the tear downs continue down the line

Full-Time Salary Range: $64935 - $110390
