The Executive Assistant will be a key member of the NI Fixed Networks leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Fixed Networks Organization, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, for efficient document retrieval.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients to coordinate projects and events.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as requested by executives or the department.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance administrative support and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a professional work environment.
  • Support the executive team in achieving their goals through proactive and anticipatory support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to a productive workplace.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with all stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, focused on delivering high-quality work.
  • Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to contribute to a harmonious team dynamic.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
