Manulife’s Individual Insurance team currently has an opportunity for a New Business Case Coordinator – Administration Support
The primary responsibility is to provide proactive support to our Corporate Account, National Account and Independent Advisor offices, as well as to liaise with internal departments to ensure new life insurance applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the handling of New Business applications through completion of routine requirement handling and process.
- Proactively initiating follow up for missing information by engaging the respected internal teams.
- Assume ownership of the files assigned, understand any urgency and assist in solving the problems that may prevent a file from moving through the process as quickly as possible.
- Meet team’s benchmark accuracy and productivity standards
- Ability to manage and use team’s online reference tools and job aides
- Self-motivated problem solver and dedicted to supporting the business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Keyboarding skills with speed, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work
- Positive team player who understands their impact on the Customer experience
- Adaptable and able to deal with ongoing change management
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of management.

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
