Nous sommes à la recherche d''un(e) Développeur(se) .NET pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités
Collaborer avec les analystes métiers pour comprendre les besoins, les aider à identifier la meilleure approche technique et estimer l'effort;
Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités, améliorer les applications existantes et corriger les bugs;
Présenter les fonctionnalités aux parties prenantes et aux responsables produits afin d’acquérir une solide compréhension du métier et recevoir des retours sur le travail livré;
Participer aux activités liées au Scrum, telles que les réunions quotidiennes, le grooming du backlog, les rétrospectives de sprint et les démonstrations;
Améliorer et automatiser diverses tâches transversales autour des frameworks CI/CD ou Observabilité;
En tant que membre à part entière de notre équipe, vous prendrez en charge de nombreux nouveaux projets à venir et aiderez à contribuer, corriger et refactoriser notre base de code actuelle;
Fournir de la visibilité à la direction et leur fournir les indicateurs nécessaires pour la prise de décision.
Qualifications
Education and experience: University degree: Computer Science;
5+ years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to work with complex information systems;
Knowledge of the financial markets (equity markets, interest rates, derivatives, etc.);
Organizational skills, methodical, analytical;
Experience with .Net - DB: SQL Server / Oracle / Postgresl
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes - IBM MQ, Rabbit MQl
CI tools: Git / Jenkins / SonarQube / XL Deploy / JFrogl
Agile Scrum (Jira)
Assets: Java (Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate)
Experience with Angular or React, an asset;
Workload automation (Autosys), an asset;
Elastic Search / Grafana, an asset;
Excellent communication skills in French and English. English is required as the position involves communicating with clients located outside Quebec.
