Job Description

We are entering a new chapter of growth and are looking for a National Sales & Marketing Director to lead, structure and scale our commercial engine across Canada.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will define and drive the national commercial strategy, accelerate growth, and build a high-performance Sales & Marketing organization. This is a strategic and transformational leadership role, requiring both vision and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the national Sales & Marketing strategy across Canada.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable commercial plans and measurable KPIs. • Identify new revenue streams and develop hunting approaches in a mature, competitive market.
  • Drive performance through structured forecasting, pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.

Sales Leadership & Transformation

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Directors, strengthening ownership, accountability and performance culture.
  • Implement robust performance tracking, structured one-to-ones and clear sales governance.
  • Bring credibility through prior hunting experience, with the ability to challenge and elevate the team.
  • Personally support strategic deals and key client relationships when needed.

Marketing & Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Drive Marketing strategy to strengthen market positioning, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Sales and Marketing to maximize conversion and market impact.

Cross-functional & Executive Collaboration

  • Partner with Consulting, Operations, and Finance to ensure excellent commercial execution.
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the broader Canadian growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or equivalent senior commercial leadership role.
  • Strong track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within professional services, consulting, or transactional business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead markets, scale teams, and translate strategy into operational execution.
  • KPI-driven, business-oriented and growth-focused mindset.
  • Hands-on hunter background with credibility to lead experienced sales professionals. • Strong leadership presence – senior enough to inspire trust and challenge stakeholders. • International exposure (US experience is a strong asset).
  • Fluent in English and French
