What You’ll Do
Design, prototype, and build robotic hardware systems optimized for performance and reliability
Develop scalable data collection platforms with robotics engineers to accelerate model learning
Improve simulation fidelity through system identification and close collaboration with the simulation team
Maintain and evolve in-house hardware infrastructure for maximum uptime and throughput
Collaborate with a team of driven individuals committed to building general-purpose Physical AI
What You’ll Bring
Strong engineering fundamentals and first-principles problem solving
Exceptional ownership and initiative—finding and solving problems independently
Broad experience across diverse hardware form factors and platforms
Systems-level mindset with a focus on robustness, scalability, and seamless integration
Track record of shipping fast without cutting corners on quality
Bonus: hands-on experience with actuators, PCB design, embedded systems, or electromechanical integration
