Job Summary  

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives within our Data Management & Visualization Team. This team transforms complex data sets into compelling visual narratives that drive strategic decisions across our media agency. You’ll be the connective tissue between developers, account teams and clients; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of data visualization projects, from scoping to deployment in Asana.
    • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with internal teams (account teams, clients, data management & visualization) to gather requirements and align priorities.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
  • Team Coordination
    • Work closely with data visualization specialists, BI developers, and data engineers to ensure smooth execution across three sub-teams.
    • Balance workloads and manage resource allocation across concurrent projects.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and team collaboration.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of project management experience in data, analytics, or media environments.
    • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
    • Familiarity with data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and media performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
    • Bilingual (English/French) preferred

Skills:

    • Ability to solve problems.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and understand briefed tasks.
    • Ability to manage multiple sub-teams and motivate teams to delivery.
    • Ability to manage resources and expectations.
