Position Summary

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights into media performance, creative effectiveness, and audience behavior. You will work closely with data analysts, media planners, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into compelling and user-friendly dashboards. 

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: 

  • Support existing team in designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, DOMO, or Datorama. 
  • Support team in optimizing dashboard performance for speed and efficiency. 

Data Integration: 

  • Connect dashboards to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud storage. 
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for use in dashboards. 
  • Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data integration issues. 

Maintenance & Support: 

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing dashboards. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues in a timely manner. 
  • Implement updates and enhancements to dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs. 

Documentation: 

  • Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and data pipelines. 

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in dashboard development and data visualization.  
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. 
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. 
  • Experience with SQL, Python or other data manipulation languages. 
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes. 
  • Experience in the media or advertising industry platforms for reporting (Google Analytics, CM360 etc…)  

Skills: 

  • Ability to problem-solve. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and understand briefed tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. 
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects.  

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
