Job Description

We are offering first-year MBA students from IESE Business School a unique opportunity to dive into the world of consulting as MBA Summer Associates at any of our global offices.

Over the course of 8 to 12 weeks, you will become an integral part of a dynamic consulting team, working on real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is a great chance to experience our culture and determine if Roland Berger is the right fit for you.

Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to secure a full-time role with us.
