POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate is responsible for the strategic vision, governance and evolution of the marketing technology (MarTech) portfolio, including the adoption of artificial intelligence tools. This role aims to maximize the value of tools, ensure their integration, drive innovative initiatives (AI, automation), optimize the use of data, and support marketing performance and customer experience. He/she acts as a key partner with IT teams to translate business strategies into technology and marketing initiatives. He or she supports the Directors and Vice President of the Corporate Strategy and Marketing team in the development of their AI technology and adoption plan. The role acts as a cross-functional expert, reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, and works closely with the entire Marketing leadership (Directors, VPs).

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Define and maintain the MarTech roadmap (3–5 years) aligned with the marketing, corporate and IT strategy, and drive its execution.

  • Support the Directors and Vice-President of the Corporate Strategy and Marketing team in the development of their AI technology and adoption plan.

  • Ensure alignment between marketing objectives and technology capabilities.

  • Influence investment decisions and challenging technology demands.

  • Develop guiding principles for the evolution of the Martech portfolio and the adoption of artificial intelligence tools.

  • Manage the mapping of the MarTech stack, identify redundancies and optimization opportunities.

  • Ensure adoption and value realization of existing platforms, and oversee the selection, deployment and monitoring of new technologies.

  • Drive AI and automation initiatives to increase productivity and personalization.

  • Ability to evaluate, select, deploy and govern generative AI solutions (internal chatbots, marketing copilots, AI authoring tools, etc.).

  • Understanding of the issues of responsible AI, bias, privacy, security, copyright.

  • Define data needs for marketing platforms (CDP, CRM, analytics) & Close collaboration with the data/enterprise architecture teams to comply with our regulatory obligations such as privacy policies (including IMO and privacy).

  • Plan the technology transformation aligned with the enterprise architecture

  • Support the preparation of business cases and procurement processes.

  • Support directors in the development of calls for tenders for the acquisition or renewal of technological tools aligned with the enterprise architecture and the transformation plan.

  • Maintain fluid information between key project stakeholders to limit technical debt and ensure strategic and omnichannel alignment.

  • Carry out a technology watch, disseminate best practices and share emerging trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree in marketing, information technology, information systems management, ecommerce, strategy or related field.

  • Experience in MarTech portfolio management.

  • Experience in systems integration, data flow management and cross-functional projects.

  • Experience in change management in large organizations.

  • Proficiency in CRM, CDP, marketing automation platforms, analytics and CMS.

  • Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or equivalent) solutions.

  • Good command of artificial intelligence concepts applied to marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation solutions.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Leadership, diplomacy and professional credibility.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
