Job Description: The Marketing Specialist’s mission is to support the execution of our demand generation engine, focusing primarily on operationalizing campaigns that drive Marketing Qualified Leads and sales pipeline. The key to success is a strong focus on project management, diligent data hygiene, accurate campaign reporting, and rapid technical learning. The ideal candidate is a self-starter eager to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into market value and develop expertise in B2B growth marketing. This role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-day logistics of lead generation campaigns, including email nurturing sequences, webinar coordination, and social media marketing
  • Sales Enablement: Act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales by ensuring the sales team is equipped with up-to-date collateral, case studies, and pitch decks that address current cyber threats
  • Content Operations: Support the editorial calendar by proofreading technical content, formatting blog posts in the CMS, and ensuring consistent brand voice across channels
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene (list segmentation and lead scoring) and assist in compiling monthly performance reports on MQLs, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate the tactical execution of industry trade shows and digital events, ensuring all deliverables—from booth graphics to follow-up emails—are executed on time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • A genuine interest in technology and cybersecurity; you aren’t afraid to learn what "Zero Trust" or "Endpoint Protection" means
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Wordpress)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • An "execution-first" mindset: you take ownership of small details to ensure the big picture succeeds
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance
  • RRSP matching
  • Remote work with flexible hours
  • Professional development opportunities
