Responsabilités clés
Contenu et Communications
  • Développez du contenu marketing en français, incluant des fiches produits, des textes web, des e-mails, des publications sur les réseaux sociaux, des mises à jour des partenaires et des communications clients.
  • Traduire et adapter les documents anglais afin d'assurer l'exactitude culturelle et linguistique pour le public québécois.
  • Maintenez une voix de marque cohérente sur tous les canaux.
Exécution de la campagne
  • Soutenez les campagnes de marketing multicanal (email, digital, médias payants, événements) ciblant les PME, les entreprises et les acheteurs de gros dans les télécoms.
  • Coordonnez les ressources de campagne, les délais et les rapports.
  • Suivez les indicateurs de performance et recommandez des optimisations.
Marketing produit & solutions
  • Aider à créer le positionnement produit et la messagerie pour les services télécoms tels que SIP, VoIP, UCaaS, CPaaS, mobilité et solutions réseau.
  • Travailler avec Produits et Ventes pour développer des supports d'habilitation aux ventes adaptés aux clients et partenaires québécois.
Soutien Partenaire & Canal
  • Créer des supports co-brandés et des communications pour les partenaires revendeurs, transporteurs et grossistes.
  • Soutenez l'intégration des partenaires avec des supports de formation en français et du contenu promotionnel.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires et distributeurs basés au Québec.
Études de marché et analyses concurrentielles
  • Surveillez les tendances des télécommunications, les offres des concurrents et les mises à jour réglementaires au Québec et au Canada.
  • Fournir des informations pour orienter la stratégie marketing et le positionnement produit.
Soutien à l'événement et au programme
  • Aider à la planification et à la réalisation de webinaires, salons professionnels, événements partenaires et initiatives marketing régionales.

Qualifications
Obligatoire
  • Maîtrise du français (natif ou de niveau natif) et forte maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing, idéalement dans les télécommunications, les communications cloud, le SaaS ou la technologie.
  • Solides compétences en écriture, en édition et en traduction.
  • Expérience avec les outils de marketing digital (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, plateformes sociales).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et délais.
  • Basé au Québec, avec une connaissance des normes locales du marché et des attentes des clients.
Préféré
  • Expérience du soutien aux écosystèmes de canaux et de partenaires.
  • Familiarité avec les produits et la terminologie télécoms (SIP, UCaaS, VoIP, CPaaS, services réseau).
  • Design graphique ou compétences créatives de base (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing programs, product messaging, and partner communications across the telecom portfolio. This role is responsible for creating French‑language content, coordinating campaigns, supporting product launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all United states, Québec and Canadian market initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, fluent in French and English, with experience in telecom, cloud communications, or technology services. They will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to drive awareness, engagement, and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
  • Develop French‑language marketing content including product sheets, web copy, emails, social posts, partner updates, and customer communications.
  • Translate and adapt English materials to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy for Québec audiences.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.
Campaign Execution
  • Support multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, paid media, events) targeting SMB, enterprise, and wholesale telecom buyers.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and reporting.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
Product & Solution Marketing
  • Assist in creating product positioning and messaging for telecom services such as SIP, VoIP, UCaaS, CPaaS, mobility, and network solutions.
  • Work with Product and Sales to develop sales enablement materials tailored to Québec customers and partners.
Partner & Channel Support
  • Create co‑branded collateral and communications for reseller, carrier, and wholesale partners.
  • Support partner onboarding with French‑language training materials and promotional content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Québec‑based partners and distributors.
Market Research & Competitive Insights
  • Monitor telecom trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates in Québec and Canada.
  • Provide insights to inform marketing strategy and product positioning.
Event & Program Support
  • Assist with planning and executing webinars, trade shows, partner events, and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow‑up communications.
Qualifications
Required
  • Fluency in French (native or near‑native) and strong proficiency in English.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in telecom, cloud communications, SaaS, or technology.
  • Strong writing, editing, and translation skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, social platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Based in Québec with knowledge of local market norms and customer expectations.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with telecom products and terminology (SIP, UCaaS, VoIP, CPaaS, network services).
