Key Responsibilities


·       Consolidate seasonal buying programs with the Buying teams within a holistic category view.

·       Ensure effective circulation and understanding of product information across Marketing and E‑commerce teams.

·       Support campaign leads in the execution of initiatives aligned with product and business priorities.

·       Contribute to seasonal marketing planning and campaign brief development.

·       Help structure and prioritize messaging and content based on sales performance, launches, and key moments.

·       Support the preparation and facilitation of key meetings (kick‑offs, COOPs, prioritization sessions).

·       Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Buying, E‑commerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.

·       Analyze sales and performance data to develop actionable recommendations.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of cross‑functional processes and ways of working.

 

What you bring


·       5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, planning, coordination, or go‑to‑market roles.

·       Strong structuring  and synthesis skills.

·       Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and Excel tools.

·       Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a matrixed environment.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

·       Retail experience (an asset).

Our typical hiring range is between $23/h and $37/h. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
