We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in executing our brand's growth and audience engagement strategies. As Marketing Manager, you will tackle dual responsibilities: developing and executing marketing campaigns for our existing subscription service and driving brand visibility for our new AI site. You will collaborate closely with the production team to ideate content, request specific marketing shoots, and create compelling advertisements, ensuring seamless marketing integration across both platforms. 

What you'll be doing:  

  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor marketing professionals to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational growth objectives. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both existing subscription service and new AI site, focusing on user acquisition and engagement.  
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies.  
  • Partner with production teams to brainstorm content ideas and coordinate marketing shoots that align with brand guidelines.  
  • Lead conception, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.  
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality promotional materials, advertisements, demos, and tutorials that resonate with diverse audience segments.  
  • Use analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior, conducting A/B testing to improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel.  
  • Analyze and optimize pricing models and offerings, making data-driven recommendations for maximum market impact and competitiveness.  
  • Oversee creation of engaging, SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice while ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.  
  • Foster audience relationships through community management and implement data-driven improvements based on performance analysis.  
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketers and editors, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving organizational goals.   

What you'll need to be successful:  

Must Haves:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the digital or technology sector.  
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.  
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, especially in launching new products or platforms.  
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and conversion optimization.  
  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing to drive data-driven marketing decisions.  
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy analysis and optimization.  
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with production and creative departments.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
