Responsibilities
Team Management
- Supervise and support the marketing team, coordinate and ensure the progress of each project.
- Maintain established deadlines and ensure clear and consistent communication between management and the marketing department.
- Provide daily mental, organizational, and technical support.
- Foster a creative, structured, and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with prioritization and project management.
Content Creation
- Actively participate in content creation and the management of various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, advertising), as well as graphic design projects (posters, brochures, catalogs, etc.).
Website Optimization
- Supervise and guide the web team to ensure updates, SEO/SEM optimization, creation of new pages, and implementation of optimization recommendations within set deadlines.
- Participate in website backend management (updates, content, optimization). Contribute to the improvement of digital platforms.
- Provide technical support when required for marketing tools and automation systems.
Internal & External Communications
- Process and filter collaboration opportunities and requests from influencers, ambassadors, and external partners.
- Oversee internal communications related to marketing projects (events, major announcements, media presence, etc.).
Campaign Management
- Anticipate, evaluate, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns and communication initiatives to maximize engagement and return on investment.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze the performance and KPIs of marketing activities, adjust strategies, and optimize results based on collected data and priorities set by senior management.
Brand Management
- Contribute to the continuity and evolution of the VanLife Campers brand image, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and values.
Profil
Skills and Qualifications desired
- Education: DEC, AEC, or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum years of marketing experience with team management, and strong understanding of digital strategies and content management tools
- Internal Tools proficiency: Monday (or equivalent project management software), WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Zoho (an asset) Required : Canva, and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Languages: Bilingual (French and English)
- Management skills: Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomy & proactivity: Ability to work independently while taking initiative to improve processes and results, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
