About The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated marketing strategy for Altasciences drug development and research services. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization, including Business Development, Scientists, and Operations teams, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

What You'll Do Here

  • Develop the annual marketing plan and execute the strategy that will drive sales growth.

  • Enhance brand awareness by leveraging multi-channel marketing, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and targeted advertising.

  • Develop all Marketing campaigns and assets used in various communication channels, such as emails, brochures, eBooks, videos, social media posts.

  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered within set timelines and budget.

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and propose methods of improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content, with the goal of delivering effective sales tools.

  • Be involved in other cross-functional marketing projects, such as podcasts and webinars.

  • Stay abreast of market conditions, industry trends, analyze competitors’ offerings, and evaluate client survey responses to gain insight on industry/customer needs.

  • Maximize use of various third-party media platforms to expand brand/portfolio recognition and gain new leads.

  • Utilize Altasciences’ electronic marketing databases for targeted marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Organize and lead project status meetings, providing updates on marketing initiatives and priorities.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project/business priorities and management expectations.

  • When necessary, travel to our sites and attend conferences.

  • Other related tasks required by management

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related field (or combination of any equivalent education and experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills are required.

  • Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.

  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.

  • Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities.

  • Must be self-directed, motivated, and have a willingness to take the initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing high quality marketing material and campaigns.

  • Strong organization and planning skills, with attention to detail.

  • Creative, strategic thinker, and problem-solver.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.

  • Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms for business usage, such as LinkedIn.

  • Prior experience in marketing content development and SEO-enhancing strategies.

  • Strong project and budget management skills.

  • Skills in tracking the return on investment (ROI) of various projects

  • Flexible changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within tight timeframes.

  • Formal presentation skills.

  • Ability to motivate and persuade peers to collaborate on projects.

  • Willingness to travel on occasion.

  • Relevant industry experience a plus.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French may be required, depending on location

  • Fluent in English for U.S. sites

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • MS Office, video editing softwares such as Movavi.

  • Experience with relevant software applications (knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, Canva, and/or Google Analytics is considered a strong asset).
