This Position reports to:

Marketing Manager
 

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager who can drive targeted marketing initiatives while bringing strong leadership to a developing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building team cohesion, setting clear priorities, and mentoring team members toward shared goals. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for organizing quarterly product launch events and define strategies for segment-based campaign, events and sales enablement marketing tools. With a team of two direct reports, this individual will play a key role in fostering collaboration, clarity, and accountability. The role reports to the head of Marketing and requires strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.

This role is contributing to the Electrification and Installation Product Division
Your Role: Own the Challenge 

  • Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing strategies and tactics for the assigned area in accordance with the business area/division marketing and sales strategy and budget.

  • Segment Marketing Strategy: Analyze segment performance and adjust strategies based on data and business needs and oversee execution.

  • Quarterly Product Launch Events: Plan and organize quarterly product launch events across key segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Sales enablement portal: Define and lead implementation of the optimal marketing/sales portal.

  • Manage marketing coordinator and the internal and external creative resources.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As part of marketing team, Partner closely with Product Management to support product marketing activities. Collaborate with sales team to ensure segment-specific needs are addressed in all campaigns and sales tools.


 

What it takes to run what runs the world 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing

  • You are highly skilled in B2B marketing with a strong knowledge in Digital communication channel

  • You have 10 years of experience in Marketing with 5 years in a leadership role
    You have proven success in events, segment marketing or campaign management

  • You are passionate about new marketing trends and you excel in Project management and cross functional collaboration skills

  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to regularly communicate with clients outside Quebec.
