The Marketing & Communications team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to support content enablement initiatives across multiple portfolios. This role will focus on helping to build a centralized content library and supporting the organization and management of sales and marketing collateral in a sales enablement platform. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development and organization of a comprehensive RFP content library to support business development and sales efforts (40%)* 

  • Upload and manage marketing and communications content within Highspot, ensuring alignment with tagging structures and folder hierarchies (30%)* 

  • Work collaboratively with portfolio leads across B2B, healthcare, and direct-to-consumer segments to support content readiness (10%)* 

  • Identify content gaps and support the optimization of proposal-ready materials in alignment with brand and messaging standards (5%)* 

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on content strategy, support needs, and enablement priorities (10%)* 

 

Other marketing tasks by manager (5%)*

Qualifications Expected for Position 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with content management or enablement platforms an asset
