If you are a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives on cross-team work to build and scale new ideas, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Identify High-Impact Marketing Opportunities

  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities to improve marketing initiatives, processes, and programs across the organization.
  • Evaluate emerging trends, channels, and tools to propose initiatives that could meaningfully increase engagement, efficiency, or ROI.
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and business impact for new ideas to be tested with clear success/fail criteria and recommendations for scale or stop.

Pilot & Test Key Initiatives

  • Design and run experiments to validate pilot & test key Initiatives.
  • Collect data, analyze results, and iterate on pilots to determine what works and what can be scaled.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Campaigns, Communications and other teams to ensure experiments complement existing workflows.

Drive Adoption & Deliver Impact

  • Partner with GTM teams to implement validated initiatives, ensuring successful integration into workflows.
  • Track performance and impact of scaled initiatives, demonstrating value and business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance, documentation, and best practices to enable teams to adopt and sustain new approaches.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in marketing, GTM strategy, or innovation-focused roles in B2B or technical product environments.
  • Proven ability to independently lead experiments, incubate new programs, and influence teams to adopt new approaches.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills; able to drive initiatives without day-to-day oversight.
  • Creative, curious, and energized by experimentation and “white-space” opportunities.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and martech; able to quickly evaluate and adopt new technology.
