What to expect:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a wide range of marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, newsletters, and more. This role will also involve managing event budgets, tracking event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support trade shows and events by coordinating vendors, managing on-site setup, and overseeing shipping and inventory of marketing materials
  • Manage logistics, bookings, and employee coordination for all small and attend-only events
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices with the accounting team.
  • Coordinate webinars and online customer-oriented events.
  • Manage customer outreach for win/loss interviews, video production updates, and showreel maintenance
  • Plan and execute outbound marketing newsletters monthly, tailored to diverse audiences
  • Create and manage customer emails, including downtime announcements, and handle email setup, list preparation, and execution.
  • Develop marketing content assets such as graphics, infographics, edited videos, etc.
  • Coordinate the translation of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with language laws and regional preferences
  • Collaborate with various teammates on marketing projects and provide team support as needed
  • Manage and maintain marketing documents on our server to ensure convenient access and reference in the future

What you need to perform in this job :

  • Degree in marketing, communication, or any other relevant field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a marketing or similar position
  • Bilingual (French and English) 
  • Passion for event coordination and marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in creating and managing marketing content
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
