As a Marketing Communications Advisor, you’ll play a key role in initiatives aimed at promoting our main investment product lines (mutual funds, ETFs, structured products) and supporting senior advisors of these product lines and business development teams in a bilingual environment. You’ll help create technical and educational content, improve the performance of B2B campaigns, and optimize marketing tools. Your writing expertise and understanding of investment products will help you to create clear, engaging content that meets industry standards. More specifically, you will be required to:
Creating and producing marketing and educational content
Write mass emails, LinkedIn posts, and PowerPoint presentations in English.
Develop messaging tailored to financial advisors.
Integrate storytelling elements to enhance presentations and business development events.
Updating B2B documents
Ensure marketing materials (fact sheets, brochures), digital content, and technical and financial documents are kept up to date.
Optimizing campaigns
Use engagement data (email, web, LinkedIn) to adjust strategies and maximize impact.
Collaborating
Work closely with pProduct, sSales, and cCompliance teams, as well as external graphic design agencies.
Conducting competitive intelligence
Monitor marketing communications trends in the financial services sector, both in Canada and internationally.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or finance)
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in marketing communications
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in B2B marketing writing and knowledge of investment products
Knowledge of French is required
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365)
