As a marketing communications advisor, you’ll contribute to the performance of B2B initiatives supporting business development, wealth management and the Trust’s mandate. You’ll play a key role in structuring marketing tools, creating clear and relevant content, optimizing platforms and streamlining the RFP process. You’ll work in a dynamic, bilingual financial environment where accuracy, creativity and speed of execution are essential. Your ability to clearly explain financial concepts and deliver high-quality marketing assets will make a real difference to our teams’ growth. More specifically, you will be required to:
B2B marketing and business development support
Produce and update FR/EN marketing content: presentations, fact sheets, talking points, emails, LinkedIn posts, team bios.
Adapt messages to suit business development and wealth management target audiences.
Support account managers with modernized and consistent sales tools.
Work closely with the Products, Trust, Sales, Compliance and Digital Marketing teams.
Web platform and content (including editorial governance)
Contribute to the strategy and development of web content on www.desjardinsfunds.com, including for the Trust.
Produce and optimize educational and technical content (FAQ, glossaries, explanations of offers).
Track web indicators (traffic and engagement) and recommend UX/SEO improvements.
Ensure FR/EN language quality, visual consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure rigorous editorial governance: version control, content structure, compliance.
Work with external suppliers (agencies, designers, translators) to produce high-quality deliverables.
Trust mandate
Implement, structure and maintain a complete RFP database.
Develop master templates (letters, appendixes, presentation templates, sample responses).
Coordinate information collection and ensure the editorial and regulatory quality of deliverables.
Participate in the growth strategy in Ontario, in particular.
Develop proof points: case studies, “Why do business with us” fact sheets, content adapted for the Ontario market.
Contribute to visibility initiatives: speaking engagements, partnerships, presence in relevant networks.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or communications requiring a high degree of autonomy, structure and editorial rigour
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Expertise in writing in French and English
Proficiency in explaining financial content (products, Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) framework)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
Knowledge of the trust or wealth management sectors
