Joining the Originals team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and participating in the creation of innovative entertainment models that are deployed worldwide. You will collaborate in creating various immersive experiences, such as the magical forests Lumina, Aura, and much more! Your team transforms locations into unique experiences, operational for several years, thereby changing the lives of visitors. Together, you will create iconic destinations that, in addition to attracting visitors and enhancing the local experience, will generate media attention and economic benefits.



YOUR MISSION


As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you are responsible for the commercialization of Originals projects: from identification, analysis, and execution of strategies and tactics to the production of tools. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will collaborate with the marketing team, project teams such as producers, creative directors, and general managers.


ROLES & RESPONSABILITIES

  • 1. Client Commercialization Support:
  • Assess risks, define processes, and establish standards with the client;
  • Collaborate with the client to develop marketing directions and tactics;
  • Advise the client and support them in implementing their marketing plan;
  • Continuously support the client in managing appropriate marketing and promotional tools, including web strategy and ticket sales;
  • Propose dissemination solutions on various platforms, such as websites, social media, blogs, promotional videos, or others;
  • Supervise the creation of all marketing communication tools produced by MF;
  • Approve all marketing communication tools produced by the client;
  • Ensure that the marketing and commercialization strategy is maintained during the launch and upon request, including public relations interventions and press events, in collaboration with MF and client communication and marketing teams;
  • Centralize press reviews and maintain and develop media relations in collaboration with MF’s communication team.

  • 2. Commercialization for Distribution Partnerships: *In a context where MF is involved in a commercial operation
  • Analyze potential markets;Develop, maintain, and/or sustain business relationships with distributors/promoters;
  • Participate in strategy planning, market launch, commercialization, communications, and press relations;Collaborate with distributors/promoters to maximize ticket sales and revenues;
  • Analyze ticket sales trends and communicate sales actions related to them;
  • Negotiate partnership agreements related to these functions.

  • 3. Management of Originals Brands:
  • Provide expertise on the vision and use of various Originals brands for clients or partners who obtain the license;
  • Continuously support the execution of brand strategies and brand image;
  • In collaboration with MF’s communications team, the Brand Manager, and the Director of Business Development and Marketing, organize and plan the brand and sub-brand messaging, and mentor teams who will represent the company;
  • Contribute to brand strategy and creation in collaboration with the Brand Manager.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • A college degree with a specialization in marketing or communications (or equivalent);
  • More than 7 years of experience in communications and/or B2C marketing (or equivalent);
  • Solid experience in the entertainment industry (an asset) or in a sales context;
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written);
  • Excellent digital knowledge;
  • Expertise in markets outside of Quebec (Canada and international);
  • Proficiency in common software and technological environments;
  • The ability to simplify technical language;
  • Strong communication skills.
