Reports to: Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $80,000 to $90,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

As the Marketing Operations Associate on the Campaign Operations team, you’ll be a hands-on operator who assists in turning strategic ideas into executed campaigns.
You aren’t just building emails or creating lists—you’ll take outcome-obsessed ownership of the details that make our campaigns, workflows, and other marketing operations projects successful. You’ll help ensure the right audiences receive the right message at the right time, while keeping our systems healthy and our processes efficient.
In this role, you’ll gain end-to-end exposure to modern B2B marketing operations: supporting multi-channel campaign builds, maintaining lists and workflows in our Marketing Automation Platform, improving data quality, experimenting with AI-driven workflows, and helping standardize processes for Campaign Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Build & Execution Support: Support the end-to-end setup and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns in our MOPs-owned systems, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Email Marketing Operations: Support all recurring and required email marketing operations, including building emails, audience lists, templates, forms, and workflows, to support marketing team initiatives.
  • Zendesk Inbox Triage: Manage the Priority Marketing Support inbox by filtering spam and routing high-value tickets (sales leads, partner inquiries, and webinar requests) to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Cross-Platform Data Integrity Support: Maintain database hygiene by processing manual unsubscribes and opt-outs across Zendesk and HubSpot.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, using macros and CRM research to resolve general support requests and marketing inquiries.
  • Audience Segmentation & List Support: Create, import, and refine audience lists based on defined criteria, manage suppression and exclusion logic, and help maintain a premium experience for our prospects and partners.
  • Rigorous Quality Assurance: Execute “zero-defect” QA checks on campaigns and workflows—including links, personalization, copy typos, logic, rendering, and tracking—before they reach our audience.
  • Reporting & Tracking Accuracy: Ensure campaigns are properly tagged and configured for tracking; assist in validating dashboards and basic reports so that stakeholders can trust the numbers they see.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with candor and a Give a $h*t mentality alongside Growth, Campaign, Events, and others in marketing to translate their requests into technically sound, operationally feasible programs.
  • Project & Workflow Support: Help maintain our project management boards (e.g., Monday.com), update statuses, and ensure that requests move smoothly through intake, review, build, QA, and launch.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 1-3+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Demand Generation, or Email Marketing, with a focus on campaign support, executions, and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation Platform, ideally HubSpot (or similar tools like Marketo, Iterable, SFMC, Braze, etc.)
  • Familiarity with 6Sense, HighTouch, Sendoso, Zoom Webinar, or similar tooling.
  • Familiarity with project management tools to help support team priorities and communicate updates to internal stakeholders, ideally Monday.com (or similar tools like ClickUp, Asana, AirTable, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven ability to think strategically and turn high-level business goals into actionable programs.
  • Exceptional ability to proactively identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), multi-tasking, and scheduling skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with a remote team.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
