Temporary position for 12 months
As a marketing business partner, you’re a member of the Property and Casualty Insurance Marketing Planning and Integration Administrative Department. You play a key role in defining and updating marketing priorities to support your assigned sector’s business objectives. As part of this mandate, you’re responsible for defining the marketing directions for our ESG commitments, with special emphasis on our commitment to taking a leadership role in preventing losses and promoting resilience against extreme weather events. To accomplish this, you work closely with underwriting and claims teams. You also support the Transformation and Integration teams in the Client Relations Centre, while ensuring that our marketing efforts are in line with business priorities. You serve as an expert advisor and marketing resource person for your partners. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in your sector and the marketing sector. This knowledge will enable you to lead and influence key players. More specifically, you will be required to :
Advise and support your partners in the positioning, planning, development, execution and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility.
Guide, evaluate and work with key players on proposals related to the property and casualty insurance offer with a view to creating value.
Be the contact person for your sectors for marketing needs and prioritization.
Strengthen ties and trust within your sectors. Take charge of strategic priorities and challenges in order to seize new marketing opportunities.
Identify and analyze issues. Identify and diagnose issues, and make recommendations to support business goals.
Clarify the needs and objectives of sectors’ new marketing support requirements and translate them into marketing goals. Conduct preliminary analysis and prioritization. Develop marketing mandates to guide teams in working toward and achieving targets.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Proficiency in communicating in written and oral French at an advanced level
Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry
Knowledge of offer marketing positioning
