The Rise Collective is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Managers and Chief Marketing Officer across our portfolio of hospitality, real estate, luxury rental, media, and service-based brands.

The Marketing Associate will help keep campaigns, projects, and marketing operations running smoothly by coordinating deliverables, maintaining documentation, assisting with reporting, and supporting execution across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination & Project Support:
- Support Marketing Managers with day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across assigned brands
- Assist with campaign launches, project coordination, and cross-functional marketing tasks
- Help organize project timelines, deliverables, and marketing calendars
- Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, web, SEO, and leadership teams
- Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
- Complete all assigned marketing tasks on time and within established deadlines using the marketing team's project management platform
- Proactively communicate project status, roadblocks, and upcoming deadlines to Marketing Managers and the CMO
- Assist with maintaining social media content calendars for all company-managed social media accounts and platforms
- Schedule and publish approved social media content
- Coordinate content requests with creative and video teams
- Help organize influencer content, photography, and on-site content collection
- Monitor engagement metrics and assist with preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Maintain KPI trackers for social media initiatives and ensure performance metrics remain accurate and up to date
- Identify opportunities to improve social media performance based on data and trends
- Assist with coordinating website updates, blog publishing, and content requests
- Help organize SEO projects, keyword initiatives, and optimization tasks
- Coordinate with internal and external SEO partners on deliverables
- Track website updates and maintain SEO project documentation
- Maintain SEO KPI dashboards and track performance of optimization initiatives over time
- Assist with building and scheduling email and SMS campaigns
- Coordinate creative assets and copy approvals for campaigns
- Help maintain campaign calendars and promotional schedules
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
- Maintain KPI tracking for email and SMS marketing initiatives, including campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate website content updates and landing page requests
- Assist with quality assurance testing before website launches
- Help maintain UTM tracking documentation and campaign organization
- Support conversion tracking and marketing operations as directed
- Assist in maintaining accurate reporting documentation for website and campaign performance
- Assist with coordinating local partnerships, community outreach, and hospitality marketing initiatives as assigned by marketing leadership
- Keep outreach trackers up to date with relevant contact information and partnership status
- Maintain outreach trackers and partnership documentation
- Support communication with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations
- Assist in tracking partnership performance and documenting outcomes where applicable
- Assist with compiling daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports
- Maintain marketing dashboards, spreadsheets, and KPI trackers as assigned by marketing leadership
- Gather campaign performance data from various marketing platforms
- Help organize meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks
- Ensure KPI trackers for all assigned marketing initiatives are consistently updated, accurate, and actionable
- Identify performance trends and escalate opportunities or concerns to Marketing Managers
- Assist with creating and maintaining marketing SOPs, checklists, and internal documentation
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and shared resources
- Help document repeatable marketing processes across brands
- Support onboarding documentation and internal knowledge management
- Conduct ongoing research on competitors, hospitality leaders, luxury brands, and emerging marketing trends
- Monitor best practices across hospitality, travel, real estate, and consumer brands to identify new ideas and opportunities
- Regularly share recommendations that help raise the quality, creativity, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives across all company brands
- Research new marketing tools, AI platforms, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Continuously look for ways to raise the bar across all marketing verticals through innovation, research, and operational excellence
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Guesty, Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics, or social scheduling tools is a plus
- Hospitality, real estate, or service-based marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs, as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.
- Must be able to reliably commute to and work in our St. Petersburg, FL office. Remote considered for exceptional candidates.
- Must be able to reliably respond to internal Rise Collective stakeholders during standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and, when business needs require, outside of standard business hours.
- Must maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection and be consistently available and responsive throughout scheduled working hours.
