Purpose and Impact

  

Le ou la marchandiseur(euse) soutient les équipes de ventes régionales afin d’accroître la présence du portefeuille de Sleeman Breweries dans les points de vente assignés. Ce rôle assure une exécution efficace en magasin, la disponibilité des produits et une visibilité optimale des promotions. Il ou elle contribue directement à la performance des ventes et au renforcement de la présence des marques dans la région.

  

Responsabilités

Exécution du marchandisage

  • Approvisionner et disposer les produits sur les tablettes, dans les réfrigérateurs et les présentoirs afin d’assurer leur disponibilité
  • Effectuer la rotation des produits et vérifier les codes de fraîcheur pour maintenir les standards de qualité

Soutien aux promotions

  • Installer le matériel de point de vente (PDV) pour soutenir les promotions et les lancements de produits
  • S’assurer que les affichages promotionnels sont visibles et conformes aux normes

Soutien aux ventes et à l’exécution

  • Appuyer les représentant(e)s des ventes en assurant l’exécution des ententes en magasin
  • Contribuer à l’augmentation de l’espace tablette et de la visibilité des produits en partageant les meilleures pratiques

Relations avec la clientèle

  • Établir et maintenir des relations de travail solides avec les client(e)s en magasin
  • Offrir un soutien aux représentant(e)s des ventes (vente, négociation) au besoin

Veille du marché et communication

  • Communiquer les commentaires client(e)s, les opportunités et les tendances du marché à l’équipe des ventes
  • Maintenir une communication efficace avec les intervenant(e)s clés en magasin

Exigences (requises)

  • Minimum de 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans un environnement de vente au détail
  • Formation postsecondaire dans un domaine pertinent ou expérience équivalente
  • Excellentes habiletés en service à la clientèle et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
  • Compétences de base en informatique (Microsoft Office)
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule
  • Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible (soirs et fins de semaine)
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) constitue un atout

Environnement (hybride/sur site)
Poste sur le terrain nécessitant des déplacements quotidiens dans les points de vente de la région. La majorité du temps est consacrée au travail en magasin.
