The Manual Data QA role focuses on ensuring data integrity through rigorous SQL testing, data validation, and technical analysis within a SaaS environment, while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
We are looking for an IT-skilled Manual Data QA to support data accuracy and reliability through manual SQL-based validation and technical data analysis.
Work Context
- Environment:Technical data monitoring within a SaaS release pipeline.
- Focus:Ensuring the integrity of data collected through automated flows.
- Objective:Identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact business reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Validation:Perform rigorous discrepancy analysis to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- SQL Testing:Execute MySQL queries to identify, investigate, and report data anomalies.
- Flow Audit:Verify data collection and synchronization across APIs, SFTP, and SaaS environments.
- Documentation:Record technical findings, identify "Red Flags," and collaborate with teams to improve data quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of SQL (MySQL), APIs, JSON, HTML (understanding of how web pages are structured and rendered).
- Professional Experience:At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with MySQL and within a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- QA Expertise:Understanding of data validation and testing.
- Analysis:Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- English:Intermediate communication skills (written and spoken).
- Industry Knowledge (Plus):Understanding of Intellectual Property principles (such as trademarks or industrial designs).
