$99,900.00 and $196,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$84,000.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead, recruit, train and motivate a sales team to consistently surpass monthly sales and billing goals
- Oversee daily sales activities, conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews to maintain productivity and ensure effective account management
- Attend sales calls with representatives to support their development and business acquisition efforts
- Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform strategic decisions
- Assign high-priority customers and pursue business opportunities with long-term growth potential
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Market Development, Construction, Sales Support and Marketing to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
- Coach team members in skills and strategies necessary for top performance
- Comply with established Spectrum policies and procedures and undertake special projects as assigned

What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training, education and experience
Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise-level account sales experience in telecommunications or cable, selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data and Fiber Services with a proven record of territory achievement and quota achievement
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a competitive telecommunications or cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and fiber-connected networks
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to key prospects and customers
- Personnel supervision and office management capability
- Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals
- Demonstrated leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and adaptability
- Organizational development and advanced business skills
- Proficiency with telecommunications and networking technologies
- Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Travel up to 70% using a valid and active state driver's license with a safe driving record
