Your role as Manager, Talent Enablement

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments! 

We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Manager, Talent Enablement to join our Talent & Culture (T&C) team for a 15–18 month maternity leave replacement.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, optimize HR processes, and implement innovative talent management programs that enhance our employee experience journey. Your work will empower every team member to thrive, grow, and reach their full potential at Dialogue.

What you'll be doing
HR Inbox Management & Employee Experience

  • Lead a team that manages the daily flow of HR inquiries, ensuring every question is acknowledged and resolved promptly
  • Analyze recurring questions to identify trends and implement process improvements for faster, more efficient responses
  • Maintain and update HR policies to empower employees to find answers independently
  • Leverage AI-enabled self-service tools to provide faster, more personalized access to HR information

Process Standardization & Operational Efficiency

  • Centralize T&C policies and procedures to ensure they are easily accessible for everyone.
  • Implement systems to manage team workload, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation and prioritization
  • Lead process mapping and standardization initiatives to enhance HR operations, increase efficiency and optimize workflows within our HRIS platform  HR operations and drive efficiency through our HIRS tool
Talent Management & Development Programs
  • Drive continuous improvement of Dialogue’s performance management process to support a high-performing culture.
  • Manage mid-year and end-of-year review cycles, ensuring top talent is recognized, assessed, and rewarded
  • Lead Dialogue’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) for high-potential employees, aligning initiatives with business priorities and cultivating future leaders
  • Support succession planning to identify, track, and develop high-potential talent
    Lead the Diversity & Inclusion Council, ensuring actionable initiatives are implemented across the organization
  • Collaborate with T&C Business Partners and stakeholders to design and deliver programs that enhance growth, engagement, and organizational excellence
Dialogue University & Learning Initiatives
  • Lead the deployment and execution of all Dialogue University programs, supporting the organization-wide learning roadmap.
  • Launch new learning modules and ensure high employee engagement based on business needs.
  • Provide insights to improve communication, participation, and overall impact of learning programs.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • A strategic HR leader who can guide teams, provide clear direction to direct reports, and successfully lead HR programs and initiatives
  • Experienced in leading Talent teams (3+ years), with a proven track record of developing high-performing employees.
  • Skilled in operational excellence and process optimization, with a strong ability to improve HR workflows, drive efficiency, and manage resources effectively
  • A talent management and development expert with 8 + years, with hands-on experience in performance management, learning & development, and programs that enable growth
  • HR Generalist, with broad knowledge across HR functions—including policies, documentation, performance management, and succession planning—and a trusted partner to leadership and teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid decision-making, able to navigate uncertain situations, make informed decisions with limited information, and pivot as priorities evolve
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You will be required to communicate in French and English.
