We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Centre of Excellence!
In this role you will have a number of key responsibilities including:• Developing and implementing a process to streamline territory management assignments across US PAH, leveraging Databricks and advanced analytical platforms.• Creating and maintaining audit engines and standard operating procedures (SOPs), delivering actionable insights to support go-to-market strategies.• Managing and documenting a rigorous sales operating cadence and playbook on all the critical sales processes, including strategy deployment, performance management, and technology enablers• Routine assessment of the salesforce's capabilities, coverage and maturity gap analysis.• Owning the analytical dashboards and business insights that inform leadership at multiple levels on how to drive sales performance, gain new accounts and expand existing customer pocket share.• Providing leadership and coaching to a team of analysts enhancing technical and business acumen• Leveraging a progressive roadmap of sales enablement technologies including CRM to deliver actionable customer insights and seller productivity benefits.• Identifying areas of operational inefficiencies across Sales and turn data-driven insights into trends• Supporting Sales Leadership go-to-market strategies in strategic operational planning and ensure decisions align with overall company sales approach and goals• Developing innovative methodologies to answer strategic questions across the organization and empower others to apply your recommendations and solutions• Utilizing applications such as Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku and SAS to build and enhance tools, dashboards, and infrastructure to surface the right performance data and insights to the sales teams.
We would value the following attributes:
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, pricing, marketing, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, strategy, finance or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5 + years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business planning, FP&A, or data science role, preferably within high-growth, technology environments.
Other skills requirements include:
- Proven success in managing multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions and working effectively in matrix environment.
- Strong expertise with Excel, relational databases, and BI tools
- Experience with Salesforce, SAS, and PowerBi
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed cross-functionally
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different go-to-market teams
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
