Position Purpose: Responsible for maintaining existing and developing new provider relations, and assisting with contracting activities.
- Lead and manage the provider engagement staff, including workflow oversight, training, and communication standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and contracted providers, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
- Oversee timely and effective resolution of provider issues and inquiries.
- Develop, implement, and monitor production and quality standards for the provider engagement team.
- Guide the team in preparing and analyzing data to assess and respond to provider needs.
- Participate in provider-facing meetings to support issue resolution, de-escalation, and relationship building.
- Manage large-scale provider outreach initiatives to gather information or enforce regulatory/contractual requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
