Manager, Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR - U.S. or Canada

This leader is responsible for implementations and guiding clients through full lifecycle Core HR implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR, including workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, security, and approvals, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned to Oracle best practices. The lead will drive design workshops, manage Core HR workstreams, oversee deliverable quality, and ensure successful integration across HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.

Additionally, the role requires strong stakeholder management and client advisory skills, the ability to mentor and manage junior/offshore resources. Qualified candidates will have multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with data conversions, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years of related experience in CORE HR implementations in a consulting role

  • End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings

  • Experience as a functional application specialist

  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration

  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions

  • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

  • Canadian citizenship is needed for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed.

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000.00 - $170,000 (U.S.) The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
