The Manager, Marketing Performance & Enablement will play a critical role in building the foundation for marketing performance measurement and driving process excellence. This individual will lead initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making, optimize campaign effectiveness, and ensure financial discipline across marketing programs. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Performance Measurement & Insights
- Design and implement a foundational framework for campaign performance tracking, including standardized templates, KPIs, and measurement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain internal dashboards to monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment with business objectives.
2. Budget Management & Financial Operations
- Lead and support budget planning and management across multiple cost centers.
- Build and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budget documents that align with invoicing and accrual processes.
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing leadership to ensure accurate forecasting, expense tracking, and timely reporting.
3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Establish processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability in marketing workflows.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, finance, and analytics teams to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is an asset.
- 5+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or data insights role.
- Proven track record in building dashboards, campaign measurement frameworks, and managing budgets.
- Proven ability to work closely with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely invoice processing and accurate expense coding.
- Experience acting as a liaison between marketing and finance for budget approvals and variance explanations.
- Experience in marketing budget tracking and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements, accrual accounting, and cost center management.
- Process Management: Skilled in creating repeatable processes for monthly close, accruals, and reforecasting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Domo, and Adobe Analytics for project management, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data visualization experience (PowerBI, DOMO).

Salary range is expected to be between
