We are looking for a strategic Industrial Engineering leader to drive a major multi‑year manufacturing transformation. This role is critical to modernizing our operations, redesigning factory layouts, implementing digital manufacturing systems, improving material flow, reducing costs, and elevating operational performance. You thrive in complex, dynamic environments, and you excel at leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results. You combine technical depth, operational rigor, and strong people leadership.
Lead the Industrial Engineering team in delivering the key elements of our manufacturing transformation. Your mission is to improve flow, efficiency and standards across the entire operation by focusing on:
Factory Layout & Operations Optimization:
Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas to improve flow and efficiency.
Support major transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly, test and satellite areas.
Process Standardization & Digital Manufacturing:
Develop and deploy standard work, build sequences, BOM structures and production planning standards.
Support the rollout of digital tools such as Digital Work Instructions, MES and digital work orders.
Material Flow & Inventory Efficiency:
Improve internal logistics, kits and material presentation to support production needs.
Contribute to inventory reduction initiatives and strengthen demand/planning processes.
Lean Operating System & Performance Management:
Implement Lean principles (5S, visual management, standard work) across all operations.
Build and maintain the KPI structure used for daily, weekly and monthly governance.
Leadership & Team Empowerment:
Coach, develop and support a multidisciplinary Industrial Engineering team.
Ensure strong alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production priorities.
Mininum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in complex manufacturing environments.
Proven leadership experience in team management and transformation programs.
Analytical, structured and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
Bilingual (French/English).
