We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.

You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.

  • Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.

  • Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.

  • Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.

  • Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.

  • Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.

  • Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.

  • Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.

What you bring
  • 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.

  • Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.

  • Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.

  • Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.

  • Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.

  • A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.

  • Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.

Nice to haves:
  • Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).

  • Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.

  • Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
