- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enablement with at least 2 years in a people management capacity.
- Experience working in global SaaS environments.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Team-oriented and empathetic.
- Leverage data and has a strong experience in assessing business metrics to identify productivity gaps (and solutions) alongside our program managers, developing a robust analysis of enablement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, with a track record of creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality products within tight timeframes.
- Proven history of managing and implementing successful change initiatives.
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
