Manager, Fund Administration (Instructional Design and Enablement)

About your roleWe are seeking a talented Manager, Instructional Design & Enablement to join our team. In this role your focus will be on leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enablement programs that support our Fund Administration organization. This role combines hands-on instructional design leadership, people management, and program execution, with a focus on modular content design, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment to product and operational priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, experience with elearning authoring platforms, video editing tools, and visual design tools and best practices. The ideal candidate will also bring a desire to explore subject areas deeply and a passion for creating dynamic and interactive online learning experiences.
What you’ll doInstructional Design & Content Architecture
Own the overall enablement content architecture, defining how learning content is structured, modularized, governed, and scaled across programs to ensure consistency, reuse, and long-term maintainability.
Lead the design and maintenance of modular, reusable enablement content that supports onboarding, product rollout, and ongoing learning
Ensure learning experiences are clear, engaging, interactive, and easy to maintain
Apply instructional design best practices and content standards across programs
Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Discovery
Partner with SMEs, Product, and Operations leaders to understand enablement needs
Lead structured discovery sessions to translate business and product requirements into effective learning solutions
Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and scope for enablement initiatives
Program & Roadmap Execution
Execute against the enablement roadmap in alignment with product release schedules and organizational priorities
Manage multiple concurrent enablement projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and escalate as needed
People Management & Team Leadership
Manage and develop a distributed instructional design team across North America and India
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
Support workload planning, prioritization, and day-to-day team execution
AI-Enabled Content Development
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, iteration, and maintenance
Apply best practices for responsible AI use in learning design
Continuously improve team efficiency through tools, templates, and process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product and Customer Education teams to support enablement for new releases
Ensure enablement deliverables are aligned with broader learning and product initiatives
Participate in cross-functional planning and execution forums as needed
6–8 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or enablement
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Proven experience designing modular, scalable learning programs
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders
Comfort working with distributed or global teams
Experience using AI tools to support content development
Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical content into engaging elearning materials.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design and user experience.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI and other elearning standards is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing examples of elearning projects and design work.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $119,000 - $148,000 USD. The Canadian base salary range for this role is $97,000 - $121,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
