What we are looking for:

Fiera Capital is looking for a seasoned, bilingual communications professional to strengthen our external voice and manage our media relations strategy. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer and communicator who understands financial markets, can effectively handle media inquiries, and crafts clear, compelling messages aligned with our strategic priorities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and investment experts across the firm to reinforce Fiera’s narrative in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities:

Media Relations & External Messaging

• Develop, write, and translate press releases, media statements, and talking points.
• Handle inbound media requests promptly and professionally.
• Support proactive media engagement strategies in alignment with corporate priorities.

Strategic Content Development

• Draft and refine external-facing materials, including website updates, and Annual Reports.
• Translate and adapt executive communications with precision and nuance.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment across all external messaging.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate cross-functionally (IR, legal, compliance, design) to deliver high-quality communications within defined timelines.
• Proactively manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under pressure.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

• 5–8 years of experience focused on external communications, media relations, or financial PR.
• Exceptional bilingual writing and editing skills (French & English).
• Experience working directly with media, senior executives, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, impactful messaging.

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
