We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager, ESG Advisory to lead, coach, and grow our ESG Advisory team while driving strategic revenue outcomes. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building a high-performing team, fostering talent development, and ensuring the success of our customers. With a strong focus on revenue retention and growth, you’ll oversee the delivery of impactful ESG advisory services that align with customer goals and position Novisto as a trusted partner. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Inspire, coach, and guide the ESG Advisory team, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to excel. Foster a culture of being collaborative and solutions-oriented; driving continuous learning, accountability, and excellence
- Coach and mentor, emphasizing professional growth and skill development. Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Operate with a “One Team” Mentality: Champion internal collaboration and alignment to drive exceptional results for our customers. Work closely with CSMs, Product, Sales, and other teams to ensure we operate in lockstep and deliver the best possible outcomes. Promote a “One Team” mentality, ensuring cohesive and coordinated efforts across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive strategic revenue outcomes: Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow revenue through targeted advisory initiatives. Lead efforts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize account value.
- Collaborate to define success: Partner with enterprise-level customers to establish clear objectives, milestones, and metrics that align with their ESG goals and Novisto’s value proposition. Maintain a shared accountability model for achieving impactful outcomes, working closely with customers and internal teams.
- Elevate platform engagement and adoption: Oversee initiatives that drive deeper platform utilization, including tailored training, enablement programs, and internal marketing campaigns. Collaborate with customers to position Novisto as an integral part of their ESG strategy.
- Deliver exceptional advisory services: Lead the design and execution of impactful ESG advisory services, ensuring alignment with customer goals and measurable outcomes. Maintain high-quality delivery standards and manage advisory projects with precision, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in ESG Advisory or related fields. Ability to coach and develop teams, fostering growth and high performance
- Deep caring about customers and a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for them
- Deep understanding of ESG principles and their application in business contexts
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through customer engagement and strategic advisory efforts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and iterative improvement
- Experience in the startup, software development, or SaaS industries is highly preferred
