  • Is recognized for their expertise in IT frameworks and tools, including ITIL (ITIL v4 certification is an asset) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), as well as for strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, political acumen, and a solid understanding of issues related to CMDB, cross-functional risks, and service stability.
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role involves delivering presentations and facilitating sessions with unilingual French- and English-speaking internal clients on a weekly basis.

Why you’ll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.
  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
