Do you have the ambition to structure and elevate a strategic team to excellence? Are you recognized for your visionary leadership, your ability to inspire, and your drive to propel business results? Coveo is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead and develop our Business Development (BD) team.

Your mission? To train, coach, and guide a team dedicated to qualifying marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and creating high-quality meetings, directly contributing to Coveo’s commercial success.

As our Manager of Business Development, you will:
  • Plan the recruitment and onboarding of new business development representatives to support the team’s growth.
  • Train and coach BD team members to effectively qualify potential clients and maximize opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and feedback to continuously enhance individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with BD leadership, sales, and marketing to identify and implement strategic improvements.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing to keep the team ahead of the curve.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Proven success in leading SDR/BDR teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment, with a deep understanding of lead generation and the sales funnel process.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive a team toward ambitious targets.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
What would make you stand out:
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience with modern sales tools and funnel optimization processes.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A passion for mentorship and talent development.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own colour? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
